The problem
People switch between a website and messaging apps. Repeating searches and losing context makes a multi-channel product harder to use.
What was built
The backend connects web workflows with chat commands and replies. The project includes token scans, posting and reply clients, and a text-command interface for X direct messages.
A practical design challenge
Designing each channel for what it can actually support. X DMs use clear text commands and confirmation steps, while Telegram can offer button-driven menus.
What works in this showcase
The portfolio shows the integration approach and links to the existing product. No trade, transfer or wallet connection is needed to review this case study.
What still needs validation
Live financial operations and provider accuracy are outside this showcase. Any business adaptation would need its own permissions, integration testing and data checks.
Where this experience could help.
Customer or staff status lookups, approved notifications and chat-based commands connected to a business application.
Independent project. A client pilot would have its own scope and agreed checks for success.
