Project and hiring inquiries

The inquiry form stores the name, email, message, inquiry type, page source and date you submit. Workbend uses these details to review your request and respond. They are visible only in the studio owner’s signed-in inbox, not in public demos. Email notifications are not currently connected.

Retention and deletion

Inquiries are removed after 180 days on the next form submission or inbox visit. The owner can delete them sooner. To request access or deletion, email a.i.creativesolutions411@gmail.com from the address used in your inquiry. Records for any later paid engagement are handled under its separate agreement.

Abuse prevention

The form uses request identifiers, a hidden spam field and short-lived submission limits. It may use a salted, time-limited hash of your email and network address to limit repeated submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Limit records expire within a day and are removed during subsequent form or inbox activity.

Demonstrations and saved workspaces

Most examples use fictional records and reset on reload. If you sign in and use the saved operations workspace, its records and recordings belong to your signed-in account and are not made public. Do not use demos to store confidential business, medical, payment or customer information.

Hosting and contact

The public website is hosted on Cloudflare. Workbend's private inbox and signed-in workspaces use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-backed storage. Those providers may process operational logs and authentication data under their own policies. This site does not add advertising trackers or sell inquiry details. If you choose to send email, your email provider handles that message.
